ABOUT ME

My name is Matthew Chambers and I am an Independent.net Web and Application Developer living in Lymm, Cheshire. Having had over six years of experience working in the industry, I specialise in developing well structured, perceptive web interfaces and application systems. Various tools including Microsoft technologies (.net, C#, vb, Sql, TFS), HTML, CSS and Javascript are used in the process. All web projects developed are highly responsive, cross browser compatible and SEO friendly.

Focusing on web and database development, content management(Sitecore and Umbraco) and e-commerce solutions(NopCommerce), I cover numerous areas. Whilst working primarily with the latest Microsoft technologies, I am also fluent in both 'waterfall' and agile delivery methodologies.

Delivering optimal web performance to a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from large multinational organisations through to small start-ups and independent businesses, I thrive on new challenges. A continual desire to ultimately drive sales and boost profitability means I am always looking for more productive and efficient ways of executing new ideas. Customer satisfaction and delivering results to a high standard on time are key.

When I am not working I am an advanced scuba diver, in which I enjoy travelling to new places to experience different dives and scenery. I enjoy boxing, partaking in long-distance running events and spectating as a keen Warrington wolves fan.
